Question #2742: Why do I feel terrible after doing Aura of Protection?

Why do I feel depressed whenever I do my daily aura of protection? I use the algiz rune but most of the time I always get negative emotions and thoughts right after completing it. Is this negative energy just being removed from my aura or something?

The protection/cleansing might bring out the dirt from your Soul and clean it from inside out. Just relax and let the process be and do not falter your practice. For further reading:
