I really want to develop consistency in power meditation ..What rune or manthra or meditation should I do to become a consistent person with power meditation
What you can also do is set up a schedule for yourself to meditate at a certain time every day.
Set up a timer on your phone or clock to remind yourself about the time. You can schedule your meditations:
- in the mornings as soon as you wake up or before you go to work/school.
- in the afternoons as soon as you come back from work/school.
- or even at night 1 hour before you go to sleep.
On your days off, you can adjust the schedule to what's best for you. And it's always good to affirm to yourself positive statements before you go to sleep. Anywhere from 5-9 repetitions.
