Working For Self-Discipline
START: Waxing moon in Capricorn. Never start this working during the void of course noon.

1. Raise your energies: https://archive.fo/nLuwC
2. Vibrate EIHWAZ or NAUTHIZ 40 times, 100 times or 216 times.
3. Affirm 9 times:
“My self-discipline is completely increasing in a healthy and positive way for me forever.”

Do this everyday for 40 days, 80 days or 90 days.

How to pronounce EIHWAZ or NAUTHIZ: https://mega.nz/file/KB8y2bzJ#4cTLSB26DB09-HfBhhXXZNjsDsb7y2Ac6WWYJqn5LXI

All bullshit. "I can't," "I don't have the discipline," "it's not my fault," and so on.

The Problem is ignorance. Understood as "ignoring."

There's no way you can't do five minutes a day of daily meditation. 5 minutes in the morning and 5 minutes in the evening. Please come on stop it.

Addictions are not solved in a week. You have to start doing it. it is normal not to succeed, but you have to continue. Start by programming your subconscious mind, with affirmation in the morning as soon as you wake up, and at night before bed, and/or through runes.

Your habits will become easier to maintain as you continually enforce them. If you had 5 days of detox from cigarettes, this is 5 days where your body was learning to live without them. One relapse does not detract from this, nor is it a "failure".

In regards to meditation or yoga, keep trying. If I had to guess, you are engaging in other things which distract your attention, like video games or YouTube or something. Please block these with software and allow your brain to calm down, which it will, and this will make "boring activities" easier to do.

While a working with Nauthiz is advised, if this is not able to be done, then you can use self-hypnosis, or guided forms from a safe source, to aid self-discipline. You can also breath in earth energy and program it for an immediate and safe boost to discipline.
