what is the exact astrological or karmic or spiritual reason for someone being raped ??is it because they were a huge rapist in their previous life that they were raped in this particular life?

Karma is not punishment or reward and you should not think it of that way. You don't get raped or have other bad things happen to you because you did something wrong to other people in your previous lives, but rather because you have the mental pattern of being a rape victim from previous lives (or even thinking of yourself and behaving as a victim), and this is likely to be reflected in some astrological planetary configuration in your chart.

Karma has mostly to do with what you did to yourself and you thought of yourself in previous lives and this life, not what you did to other people. If you thought of sex and relationships as bad or took an oath of celibacy in previous lives, you'll have trouble with intimate relationships in this life, for example.
