Sometimes out of nowhere, i feel a faint arousal in my sacral chakra. This happens more frequently during meditation, and disappeared for a while when i stopped meditating due to procrastination etc.

The feeling is strong, but faint at the same time. Sometimes i think it could even be my prostate.
I do full spiritual practices often and every day. Havent been consistent at all for a year or two but i am now and have been meditating fully and consistently every day. Cleaning, AoP, Warfare etc.

Could this be the kundalini?
Or could this be the sexual energy HP Cobra mentioned we should become proficient in its usage before we move on to the kundalini?

Have you guys had experiences like this?

It is not kundalini. Through meditation the centers are stimulated and cleansed, and some functions are "restored," this may result in experiencing some "new" sensations.

Proceed with meditation, daily.

This is the chakra opening and starting to flow energy through it. This is a very good thing and it is normal.
