Question #2359: actually I poop a lot before mesntrual cycle every month

sometimes I defecate even 10 times per day before the onset of monthlies ..how can I cure this spiritually??my body becomes extremely tired because of this ..I do not want to go to a doc because I am afraid that any tablets given by them may cause any other harmone changes ;;
