Question #2270: Kundaline yoga

Do I really have to do kundaline yoga for the serpent to ascend or does yoga already help? I'm too lazy to do kundaline and I don't have time.

Its called kundalini yoga as in the kundalini serpent. Yes you have to do the kundalini yoga to be able to rise the serpent. If I can do both yoga with 3 youngs kids, you should be able do it.

You have to overcome your laziness. Start doing fire breathing or Mars Square. Overcome your bad habits and determine what is important to you.
