Question #2158: Are my talents useful to the JOS?

In my natal chart alot of my karmic gifts come in the form of high intelligence. I unfortunately do not have any spiritual gifts aside from several placements that give willpower.
I am somewhat unique in that I am both gifted in mathematics and verbal intelligence. I regard this as a great blessing. Just because someone is a good poet does not mean they will be a good mathematician. Being talented in both areas is quire rare.

Would it be in any wat beneficial to work on both of these talents for the JOS? I have read that it is important for us to read our natal charts and specialize, afterall we are at war. I ask because learning other languages and advanced mathematics takes a great investment of time. I want to assist the JOS and be useful.

Everyone who makes any sort of contribution to the JoS, their own advancement, their communities, and so on is useful.

Find something in your strengths that will make you able to help others. You can always write to HPHC to ask if you could help with something. You can also learn programming.

It sounds as if you would be quite useful at coding. I know this is a separate skill but it kind of overlaps with both. Learning that seems like the most obvious thing to put your talents towards, other than learning another (real) language.
