What exactly is an Inconjunction in astrology and how does it affect the planets and their influences when involved in such an aspect? Im familiar with the other aspects but an Inconjunct has always puzzled me on how it affects the planets.

What exactly is an Inconjunction in astrology and how does it affect the planets and their influences when involved in such an aspect? Im familiar with the other aspects but an Inconjunct has always puzzled me on how it affects the planets.

The inconjunct (or quincunx) is an hard aspect formed between planets that are 150 degrees apart, with a maximum orb of 5 degrees (said HPS Maxine). The quincunx is classified neither as a harmonious nor as an aspect of tension. Despite that, directing these energies with meditation and advancing is up to you.
