This grants them the ability to control discourse, much like in the (not so) distant past, with the various abrahamic programs. If they are a "private company" they get to dictate what happens in the related online spaces. Search engines get to decide what people see. Only "approved" content is presented to the masses. Additionally, search engines and related businesses know exactly what one searches for and can use it to further their agenda. The (relatively) recent rise of "fact checkers" and "credible sources" goes hand in hand with this.
Furthermore, new technology is the easiest way to connect with and influence the youth. A quick glance at things like social media, dating apps, etc., makes it plain as day. It allows a business to directly influence the lifestyle and decisions of huge swaths of the population. These two examples have embedded themselves in the everyday existence of the younger generations to the point where they cannot fathom living without them.
Things like sharing details of your personal life, uploading photos of your daily activities, constantly sharing your location, etc., are "part and parcel" now. If one doesn't have active social media profiles, he would immediately stand out, especially among younger people, who are, for all intents and purposes, the future. This makes it easy to "cancel" any dissidents long before they've had a chance to reach a reasonable amount of people.
Note that this is not a new phenomenon by any means - it's been around since around the time abrahamism took root (and likely before that too in one form or another). While today, you won't really get "burned at the stake," you can easily lose your job and social circle, sometimes even your family and children, all for a simple (factually correct) statement. Naturally, very few people are willing to do this. Nobody wants to be a social outcast. And then, there's also the stigma that comes with expressing views that go against the "current thing" (you must clearly be a deranged sociopath, nobody loves you, etc).
Additionally, content related to truly "controversial" topics (specifically ones that do not fit the Overton window) simply doesn't get any exposure because the tech companies decide who gets to see what. And, of course, if you are not on "the big platforms", it's exceptionally hard to reach large audiences.

Abrahamic programs exist specifically to create a world like that, and Gentiles have been feeding energy into them for many generations. This is now changing, but the process will not be instantaneous.
Also, you cannot win their game by playing by their rules. Silicon Valley companies and similar "big businesses" are not (and cannot) be run ethically if one truly wishes to compete with the current market. Software and apps are built around horribly exploitative marketing tactics; everything is designed to be draining and addictive to the user. They also spy and collect data, which is sold to third parties for extra profit.
Why are we all not that brilliant or smart as them..
There are plenty of brilliant Gentiles around. Jews love to misrepresent themselves as the most intelligent people on Earth. This is simply false.
