Question #2072: justice regarding

i am into power meditation since the last 8 months .I feel That i should really punish those who very much horribly wronged me(jews are general enemies but i mean my personal enemies here) ..and I believe justice is very important for a healthy world ..does anybody know the list of all black magic techniques that ultimately destroys your enemies who have really destroyed your personal life
