Question #207: Conjunction with an orb of about 9°30

Would you say a conjunction between a main chart ruler and a sub ruler in the first house with an orb of about 9°30 is still having an effect or is it too loosely?

The two planets are in different signs.

Would you take this aspect into consideration or dismiss it altogether?

It is a loose orb but it can still have the same effect at a lesser intensity. I have two planets that have an aspect with the orb also just barely out of 9 degrees, but the description of the aspect still describes me, just (a little) less intensely.
