Question #198: What happens when an important angle conjuncts 15 degrees Leo in a Natal Chart?

I was looking at a family member's Natal chart and noticed they have their AC axis conjunct to 15 degrees Leo at the exact degree but not a planet. Can someone explain how this would effect them in life? Are they prone to becoming a murderer or something or are they just going to be physically screwed because the first house rules the body and body type?

The person in question does indeed have vision problems just like the JoS astrology page says they may have but not complete blindness or anything serious and their overall body and appearance has always looked rough and unattractive to others. Not to seem like I'm being mean or anything to them. They have a lot of problems with the physical body. Does this effect their natal sun in a negative way and the house it is in as well, or is it just a first house issue? I would like if someone could share a quick overview of everything this may cause to happen to the person. Thanks!

In this case, the nature of the degree will influence the life, the character, his vision of life, the perception of others about him, as well as his physique etc... This does not strictly affect his Sun.

To understand any escalations, you need to check the rest of TN.
A known case of AC at 15 degrees Leo, had become a serial killer.

His victims were for the greater Donne, this inclination was due to hard aspects to his moon and venus which led him to adopt this behavior. The degree of influence, therefore the strength of negativity, is subjective based on the rest of the TN, and on the context in which it is found.

There can be misfortune and problems with any planet at 15 degrees. Your family member will definitely experience ill fated events that will unfold as the years pass. These can be seen in the Lunar returns, Solar returns and Quarter returns.

How these manifest in your family members' life depends on other planetary alignments, as they can be strengthening, neutral or offsetting. It is a bit hard to just take one aspect and determine the entire life of a person. But, there are definitely ill karma which needs to be resolved. Without spirituality, this is basically impossible. This aspect is never really good news, but how severe it is depends on the person.
