Ever since I’ve been practicing the meditations I noticed that the bottom of my feet tingles sometimes.
For an example,
Left foot tingles when something is false or not going to happen
Right foot tingles when something is true or going to happen in the future
Can someone help me understand what’s going on?
How is this possible?
