almost everytime i do rtrs my internet goes out for a few seconds, why is that?

almost everytime i do rtrs my internet goes out for a few seconds, why is that?

Such a cause could be a coincidence, Mercury retrograde, poor internet connection, problems at your service provider, lack of the latest software updates available, a problem from the network infrastructure in your area, etc.
