I been seeing this black human shaped thing in my kitchen at night it's just stands still. It won't say it's name and it has been seen by my husband,stepson ,and myself.

So is it a guardian or will I need to ask for help to get rid of it

Most likely, it was the ghost of a person who was stuck between the physical world and the astral, so it can be seen not only by you (if your third eye is fully open), but also by your family. Usually such ghosts can be seen on video cameras, baby monitors and smartphone cameras.
