Second of all, better put focus on building an AoP (Aura of Protection) that helps protect you and shield from enemy attacks.

It would be a lot more effective to just clean your soul and protect yourself.

Visuddhi is very good for cleaning in my experience. I personally have done x8 in each chakra and x40 into the aura with an affirmation
