Hi! I have a question about vibrating the runes, I see that in the 40 day program for beginners soon I am supposed to work on opening the third eye, I have been reading the explanations about the runes on the forum, but it's still hard for me to understand. Do I need to focus on how much exactly to vibrate a particular syllable of the rune, or just focus on the whole rune until the end of the exhalation?

You can read this page about the third eye. Until the end of your breath, you have to focus on the whole. I also think it would be better to use THAUM.

There is an audio file attached on the link for opening the third eye:

Here is the link to the audio file: https://www.satanisgod.org/THAUM.mp3

Hope this helps you out

You need to focus on the vibration itself, and additionally where you target it. The longer the breath is the more vibrational power you raise. Correct pitch and tone will amplify success whereas lackluster or improper technique will weaken the results. Do not worry though, it is a learning journey and practice is required.

It is as Henu said, and later you can also visualize the rune where you vibrate it, so you connect with the energy better, but you don't need to do this now, just focus on proper vibration and focus it on the right place. In this case visualizing white gold light in your third eye is also helpful.

Silver, specifically, for the third eye is the color. White-gold is all-purpose and can be used as well, but it is not the same as specific colors for specific purposes.

I think Silver would be extremely hard/dangerous to visualize for a beginner, because it's close to gray, same with white.
I advised White-gold because that's pretty easy especially with a desk lap or with sun light.
If you don't have these light sources, maybe the color of the 6th chakra would also work for the 3rd eye, wouldn't it?

Silver is shining, and gray is dull so there is quite a bit of difference there. Whether a beginner can make this happen depends on their initial level of visualization skills. For some, this comes as easier than others. Definitely something doable, and I would not say it to be outright dangerous when not being 100% on point. You mentioned the Sun as an reference point. Well, how about the Moon as a reference point? :)

White is also shining, not dull. So the same logic as above applies.

For me, and technically every shade between black and white is gray, even if you visualize it shiny. If I'll have to visualize silver on me than maybe I'll visualize it with a texture, like if that something, like the chakra would be a pyramid of silver metal.

I mentioned the Sun in the context that it can be used as a light source for visualization, but I might haven't been clear.
And again, especially for a beginner, because you might be able to visualize light without a light source, but white can easily turn gray if you can't properly visualize light, so a light source is needed. But even than, I had the problem that my eyes got used to the light after like 5 minutes, and I could hardly visualize light/white properly.

Now, the situation is a bit better because I'm able to clean myself properly without any light source, but for the AoP I rather use one because I still can't confidentially visualize light that much, it's rather that I can visualize colors better, but not that shiny.

White gold also turns easily into orange or yellow, but it's much safer than white turns gray.

You are speaking about yourself more than in general terms.

I mentioned the Moon as a reference because it is easy and accessible to use in the same manner as the Sun. Also, the Moon ties to the 6th chakra and its extensions.

About being able to visualize light, keep at it. It will get better in time and is not something to fret over. Do your best, and work with what you have. There is a reason why Gods and Daemons help us with these tasks, such as cleaning (Returning Curses 1&2 being a prime example where this is explicitly mentioned). This is why being unskilled is not going to ruin you as there is certainly leeway for mistakes and plenty of opportunity to learn. Not to mention that when the intention is to clean how do you dirty yourself? Thus, I would say, do not worry.

In addition to what Henu the Great and AFODO wrote to you, I recommend that you constantly practice vibrating runes, as well as in the direction of energy and visualization!

With constant practice, experience comes with time and unexpectedly!
