Hello and greetings to all my brothers and sisters.

I’m feeling a bit uneasy, and I believe I need to share my situation here to hear your advice and receive your help.

So, let’s get straight to the point.
After going through many difficulties and challenges, I’ve restarted my meditation practice and truly want to make serious progress on my path to reaching the Divine.

However, I’m facing some obstacles along the way. I know I can overcome them, but I would love to have your guidance and support to deal with these challenges more effectively and free myself from them as soon as possible.

Here’s my issue:
Sometimes—or even quite often—I feel discomfort in my body. I’m not exactly sure what these sensations are, but I experience a heaviness and a sense of darkness (not in my aura) within my body.
This feeling of heaviness and stiffness, almost like a solid weight, is especially noticeable in my shoulders, arms, chest, and upper body in general.
It feels as if my body is under pressure, like it’s being crushed.

What’s strange is that these sensations tend to hit me a few hours after meditation—around four to five hours later—causing me distress and discomfort.

How can I deal with this and get rid of these feelings?

Additionally, I have some tendencies toward hypochondria, but meditation is helping me improve in this regard.
When I focus on these sensations, I feel like the heaviness and soreness in my body might be a warning sign telling me that I need yoga and exercise.

But still, I don’t fully understand what’s going on with me.

I hope you can help me, my dear brothers and sisters.
I love you all.

I'm not sure on the whole matter, but one thing I can comment on (because it happened to me) is that for an extended period, I had been obsessively rigid about meditating, and that caused me stress and pain in different areas of my body. Or pushing myself too hard, which made the areas I had meditated on feel "swollen" and dull. It might not be the case for you, but it's worth considering.

Perhaps that's the reason; I'm not sure either. Thank you so much🙏🏻

Unfortunately, not yet. I have restarted my daily progress from the beginning to gain a deeper mastery of the levels I previously passed. Could this be the reason for this unpleasant feeling?

Depending on how often you meditate and hold long you have been meditating can affect the feeling you experience while in this meditative state. Oftentimes a "heavy" or "dark" feeling arises from a very dirty aura and or blocked chakras. When both are a problem, this causes not only mental fatigue, but also physical issues. Yoga helps greatly with stretching and relaxing the body by naturally opening all the needed pathways for bioelectricity to run through properly. This is like water trying to flow through a clogged pipe.

You must also let go of any negative feelings, thoughts or emotions when you meditate as negative energy will affect you greatly during these more vulnerable states of mind. Try cleaning you aura more deeply by vibrating the rune RAUM 7 times and affirming a deep cleanse.

In general, a deeper cleanse, letting go of negativity, Hatha yoga and opening/cleansing all your chakras should help with this negative weight.

Make sure to never push yourself too hard as this will result in resistance. We all come with different powers into this life and each one of us will have different energy levels. I hope you the best advancement and bless your journey!!!

Yes, as mentioned, it sounds like the problem is blockages caused by lack of opening up and not getting the bio-energy flowing.
Hatha and Kundalini yoga opens the energy points so the vril can flow properly from the chakras and around the body.
This is crucial in fully opening the soul: https://templeofzeus.org/Yoga2.php
