Personal experience in divination with the Goddess Isis

Something happened yesterday.
I will preface this by saying, I do NOT know how to use the pendulum. I affect it practically every time, I did "scientific" tests where I rolled a die, and I had to divine on whether an odd or even number came out. I don't know how to use the pendulum at all.

Yesterday, however, I had a really very important question to ask that would determine a lot of who I am. So I took the Sigil of a Goddess close to me, the Lady Exalted Isis of all my love, and I spontaneously prayed like this:

"Please, I know I had to practice with the pendulum, and I know the Gods don't do this kind of thing, but this question is really important to me, so please, even at the cost of controlling my mind, let me get the correct answer through the pendulum, just this once, in all eternity I will only ask you this kind of thing now. Tell me: [question]?"

I was still focused on praying to her and, and my thoughts were not directed to the answer, in fact, I was not even thinking about the answer I was going to get, I was focused on telling Isis the thing. As soon as I said the last letter of the sentence, while my mind was on a whole other thing (the request to Isis), the pendulum instantly started swinging for a "no." Not like the other times. Usually when I use it, it doesn't swing instantly. It starts after a while after I ask the question to swing indecisively and then it gives me the answer. This time it was different.

I also felt a very positive energy typical of when I address the Gods (I know it was not suggestion because again I did "scientific" tests on the repetition of the energetic sensation).

That NO could change my life for the better. I would tend to say that the dynamic is clear and I would firmly believe in that NO. It's still about the pendulum, though, and I want to ask you what you think.

I personally avoid all forms of divination as it can easily lead to superstition and self-confirming reflexive actions confirming a decision you have already made subconsciously. I'm not saying it wasn't Goddess Isis, it very well could have been, I just advise you to be cautious regarding these practices, especially when you're not adept at them yourself.

Regarding decisions in life, what I do is research them thoroughly and pray to the Gods for guidance rather than looking for yes/no answers. Try to research what happened to other people who made the decision you're thinking about, study your chart and see if that decision aligns with it in either a positive/negative way, or if it aligns at all.

The strong energetic feel could be a sign that the "no" answer was genuinely from the Goddess, but still, I advise caution.
