pendulum question

how do i start off using one, i have a ring on a string right now, is there any sort of imbuing of energy into the pendulum? also do i move the pendulum in any sort of motion ask the question then it sorts into the answer?

When using a pendulum, try not to IMBUE any energy into it, as that can effect its answers. You may end up talking to yourself and only getting what you want to hear, which can go VERY wrong. Trust me, I know that from experience. Also don't move the pendulum in any sort of motion when asking a question. To start using one, use questions that aren't important. With more complex/important questions, it's harder not to will the pendulum to go a certain direction. Getting correct answers from a pendulum takes practice. When using the pendulum, ALWAYS disconnect yourself from it, and by that, I mean do not even think about what motion you WANT it to go. Because that can/will effect the answer. You have to make sure that the answer you're getting is not from you. If you have any more questions, feel free to email me if you like.
