Past experience: Body Scorching Hot

One day after meditation, my body was hot like I took a bath in lava, then I wondered why my body was so hot and couldn't get it to go away.. any advice on that matter?

Alternate nostril breathing, Kumbhaka breathing, HY , Chariot of Ra and invocation of ether would suffice
