I meditated on my throat chakra today, I did energy breathing, ez spining (at speed of light) and I tried expanding it too.
During the session i started to notice a soreness in my throat and this has lasted throughout the whole day. It does not pain seriously but i feel a minor soreness when swallowing (empty).
What is this a sign of?
Or do I need to see a doctor?

#As annoying as it is I sometimes meditate in my college crappel as it is the only place to find quietness (even then I still get interupted often) - I dont feel any "xian energy" I doubt it exists in my college (only hatred and delusions)
