Pain during Energy Meditation

Greetings SS brothers and sisters. I have a question... Whenever I do the energy meditation, outdoors in the Sun, I feel a pain in the area of the back of my head and the 6th chakra. It is normal?

I fully agree. I can add, sometimes chakra blockages come with some minor physical problems interrupting the energy flow.
In case you need, seeing a chiropractor to fix this may be of help (meditation is paramount and basic, here).
