When you look at this tree, what do you see? When I first laid my eyes on it, all I saw was Satan's sigil. And when I closed them, my mind's eye completed the missing half. I count myself lucky to look out my window, be it in the morning or at night, and have such a view. It is a sign of rememberence.
Though the enemy may have inflicted so much pain and upset, as has been said once before, they are there for but a season. They are not welcome here and they will surely get what they deserve. So, if they are an enemy that is sure to fall, what is left? What other large obstacle are we faced with? That is the despair of losing one's memory.
It is important to note that although one's name and face have changed, your soul remains. Your interests, hobbies, strengths and weaknesses are no accident. However, time can change much. Life after life, time can take away the parts that make you unique. It is only through your own will that you can change this.
I argue that our greatest enemy is not fear, but forgetfulness. To forget yourself, the Gods and all the things that make life worth living is surely a fate worse than death. While we must combat the Jews, we must also combat ever forgetting why we must do so. Why do we fight? To see better and brighter days without their influence.
It is for this reason that, slowly but surely, we move inexorably forward. For our lives and the lives of all the sons and daughters of Satan. We bear the light that He brings. As such, he is Satan Lucifer, the light-bringer. We accept the challenges with a smile, we fight His battles and rejoice in His celebrations.
Life is a glorious journey of growth, happiness and sometimes failure. But it is the mark of a Satanist to move past these failures and to carry on. We must never forget why we fight, why we love and why we are here. Although from a distance, Satan and the Gods are present with us and they hear us. Never take this for granted.
With this new year, I implore all of you to remember the love and grace of the Gods. Remember how you came to be and what great an opportunity it is to find your way back. It is with remembrance and love that we celebrate this time of year. With that said, I leave you with this: don't dwell on negative events, appreciate what is positive.
Hail Satan!
