Of course you should meditate more. Even a few months of advancement can yield promising results through witchcraft.
As many others have mentioned before, you have to do lots of void meditation daily to control your thoughts. Start doing 2 or 3 minute increments, then do it multiple times, such as for a total of 10 or 15 minutes.
If you feel comfortable doing this, try breathing in a few breaths of
earth energy and affirm it is balancing you in a healthy manner. This will calm your mind and body considerably.
Having these physical issues, and being newer, you will want to focus on doing lots of yoga. This will make you happier and balance out your mood, plus generally remove stress. I would do the Hatha yoga and Tibetan 5 Rites together every day. Add in alternate nose breathing for additional balancing and stress relief.
If you are having trouble sleeping, try doing
yoga nidra. You don't have to do the "guided meditation" stuff that New Age Yogis tack on. Just focus on getting into a deep trance and resting. This should calm you down and make you feel rested.
The void meditation is the mental training to control your thoughts, whereas yoga will aid the body physically to calm down.

Success comes from the work we put in. You will have to make up your mind now that you are done worrying about the past. You have already reflected on it enough, and there is nothing else to gain by continuing to beat yourself up. Lots of people came to Satanism when they were in really bad positions.
It is time to turn over a new leaf and start implementing changes. Doing basic meditation and yoga will fix a lot of problems on its own, without the need for witchcraft. Push yourself to do these things daily. We are here for you on the forums, but you need to make some effort on your own.
