i did the dedication ritual last. today i woke up happy. i havent felt that way in a very long time. years! i come to work i feel frustrated and annoyed with everything and everyone. How do i adjust? Anyone out there help!!! Tonight will be my first night for meditation and yoga. Hail! Father Satan

With time you will adjust. Also with meditation you will come to understand that, while it is logical to be frustrated with everyone because they don't know what you do, there is no reason to let anyone get to you. 

Your frustration won't affect you negatively anymore after a while as you gain more insight and knowledge though meditation. Eventually calmness is created in the mind as a higher understanding of the spiritual is reached and your own increased power and bioelectricity from doing meditation will make everything around you run much more smoothly and work according to your desires to an extend. 

If you have some trouble finding a good place to start with Meditation then I suggest you start with the 40 day meditation program made by High Priest HoodedCobra666.

It is an excellent place to start and brings about a good understanding of meditation aswell as a degree of discipline if you have trouble with this regarding meditation or Yoga.

Most people feel annoyed or frustrated in some way or other. Thats what jewish poison has done to our society and is the result of lack of true spiritual practice.

Save the anger for the RTRs and point them to the jews. They are the enemy.

You adjust by doing the meditations in the JoS. Start slow and give yourself time. Don't doubt yourself and trust the gods.

Many people such as myself have focused too much on the intellectual side of Satanism, like the history, allegories, politics, and how the jews have screwed us. With time i have realised that while understanding this is important, working on advancing and empowering the soul is more important. Doing this with consistency will grant you knowledge beyond anything you can read or imagine anywhere.

The High Priests/Priestess insist on this. Its what separates us from any simple political or philosophical movement. The spiritual practice is the core of Satanism. National Socialism is its exoteric form.
