Need some help ,answers and advice

I have been meditating for about 3month's now daily for almost several
hours ,beside rituals when ever I could and the amazing thing I
noticed every time I do the rituals while I am meditating I feel I get
gifts from father satan last time I saw red color didn't know what it
means so next day started feeling like so much heat in my base charka
and need to know if any one of you got the same situation and what did
she/he do about it .
Could it mean I need to slow down or my kundalani is active.

well this can mean many things. it can be more energy in your base
chakra or as you stated your Kundalani is active. it's not a bad thing
but remember you don't want to rush it if you feel you are not ready.
but if you feel you are do the serpent meditaions on the JOS webpage.
start off with the single serpent or if ya feel you want to do the
twin serpent the do so but it takes some intense concentration while
ya do it... hopefully this helps some

Thank you for answering me,i think energy in my base chakra is more
likely,coz till now i am unable to see chakras colors even i can feel
my chakras,do you know how can i move these extra energy from my base

what you could do is focus on that energy and push it upwards working
through each individual chakra till you get to the point you want it
to be at. i typically do move the energy towards chakras i'm trying to
open or that need more work on such as opening my pineal gland fully
and so on n so forth hope it helps you
