hi everyone im pretty new here and so i have some questions regarding meditation
do we have always to do it in lotus positions for example can i meditate on my back also about the failing sensation that you have to imagine and the breathing you stop it when you enter a light trance or you should do it until you are in a deep trance and then just continue or stop im asking this because the yoga practioners said that you to let go of everything and not be aware of youre breathing which eans breathing normally

thanks in advance

my advice, try everything..
do this and that create a new approach, only way i found it entertaining.
otherwise i find it boring myself following a strict approach, p.s achieved very little too ....

i found meditating under water was a good way too.....
i found meditating while doing everyday task good as well...
i found not meditating on a strict basis for approx 3 years now a good approach too, although rather body/physically damaging..
