My view on MOTIVATION

Hello hello, so when it comes about motivation most of the people that i know do not understand how it works , they just know that motivation is when you feel well, motivated to do something, and that thing is easier to do when you are motivated to do it.

And so, they don't really give it attention or they do search for some rich motivational speakers who say that thinking about your future dreams and working hard in the present is the solution, and they get motivated to become rich for some days and become again unmotivated short after.

Why do we feel so attracted to social media , video-games, porn , sugar and so on, but we don't feel the same attraction for salad,study,meditations,exercises and so on?

Well, because of the goals, expectations and results we get from each one of them, and of the dopamine each one of them gives us.

For an example, we enter social media first time and we find funny memes, controversial stories,our friends do it, cute girls photos and so, our brain associate the action of entering social media with : psychological satisfaction,fun,beauty,social acceptance, and so on.

So, when we are fucked by life and our brain is drained from dopamine , so we are sad depressed and so on, where does our brain make us to go, well to places where he knows he will get something fun and beautiful , relaxing and a source of happines(short one, but still happines)

Same with porn, speaking and interacting with real girls can be a big pain is the ass, but we feel the desire for sexual pleasure and a woman's/man's body so we go and get it with porn.And just as social media, porn show a non real perspective on things, and when you see David having the best life or a porn actress having the best body, you will look different at your own not so good life and flat chest girlfriend.

We first meditate and we feel confused,not ready, overcomed by the complexity of things,enemyes on our way, so our brain associate meditation with negative things.
Also if we meditate a time and try our best but we do not have results , our brain associate the action of doing it with time-wasted, and our consciousness desire for evolution have to fight with the subconscioussnes desire for pleasure, happines, relaxation , rewards that we didn't got after doing some work.

This also become a hobby, feel bad = social media , and there is almost always content to make you feel better(for moment)

Feel bad from life , let's meditate and feel worse hoping for MO or fast advancement so we can feel like it was worth it.(big expectations)

The point is that, we make hell on present searching for a future heaven.

We don't even know if we will be alive tomorrow, and our brain understand it, so he search for happines today not tomorrow

But at the same time we don't know if we will die, so doing drugs and fking you up waiting for iminent death is not an option too.

We need balance, enjoying the present while doing work for the future.

We need to associate meditation with rewards as we do with social media , tasty food and porn.
Just think about feeling as happy and relaxed as you feel when you see some good videos on youtube or some really your type of porn, when meditating and work for improving yourself.

How do we do this?Well by cotroling the way we feel about things, consciousness controling the subconsciousness.

Instead of meditating hoping to reach MO, the biggest reward one can get from meditating, which is stupid hard to reach and far from most of us, meditate for present goals , present rewards, so when you finish a session of meditation is not "Good, i feel nothing better but in 40years i sure will become a GOD, maybe..i hope.."
But  "Good, i empowered my chakras and i love that i can feel them a little bit better"

In this way when we want satisfaction we will want pozitive things, because we will associate them with relaxation and pleasure.

Think about MO example as being rich desire, you want to be rich so you can do rewarding things as RICH.(cars girls no bill worries )
But you are not rich yet, but your desires are there in the future, you will work and work and work and hoping for future rewards, which may come or not, and you will face present struggle and lack of pleasure and satisfsction, so you will have to fight for RICHES while also fighting your brain desire for pleasure and relaxation, which you can get from social media porn vido games junkfood and so on, which represent a obstacole in the path of becoming rich.

Keep the dreaming of becoming rich a subconscious dream, not a conscious goal, your goals should be baby-goals that you can achieve daily and that give you rewards right then not in the future.

Why i say to not have being RICH  as a goal is just as MO, is a possibility to don't be able to reach it even if you give it all you got, because as with being able to reach MO in this life, a lot of things have to be in right places, and your actions matter but to an extent, so if it is a goal ,there is the possibility on realizing that you won't achieve it, so all the dreams of rewards about that goal and pozitive emotions,relief and hope you associated the goal with, will backfire.

But if i want to become rich i will attract riches, well yes but if you want to be Jeff Bezos and you get 10dollars today, you will not feel really motivated by the 10$ bcs you wanted 100bilions.

Also if you can make things more motivational , do it.
If you exercise with a friend, it become easier.
If you have a good music, things become easier.
With lower and reacheble expectations and goals, things become easier and more rewarding.

Pro athlets do cheat days once a week, they eat on a strict diet 6days and on the 7 they eat whatever the fk they want.
They do the strict diet for the body and the cheat day for the brain.

Their brain associate eating healthy and exercise with a moment of a lot of junk and crazy unhealthy food, for a WHOLE DAY.
More they exercise(some even 4-6h a day) and strict is their diet, more junk food will they eat on the CHEAT DAY.
So they are motivated because they want that damn junkfood, and to get that, they do the above.

(While a lot of "athlets" say to eat strict unpleasant food all the time, rice without condiments to get big, but they inject steroids and eat worse than you probably, remember to put some proteict powder on that chicken breast from my company btw)

You can try as much as you can in a relaxion mind state to BELIVE that what you do does what you want it to do,with meditations and vibrations for an example

While vibrating Thurisaz for health , try to belive it is working right then, improving your health with every vibration, so you feel the reward right then, also having a healthy reason for health, not "so i can work harder more...yea..." but "so i can make more sex, feel more energetic, and so on"

With 40days workings is the same, instead of hoping to end the 40days, enjoy everyday, because maybe you won't be able to end the 40days so...no mental rewards for all that work = hard to start another working

But " Well, I get the reward daily, and if I end 40days i'll get a bonus"
Which is true, cause if you do 111 fehu daily for 17days for 40day working, you will lost that 40day empowerment but you will still have the effect of 1887fehu that you vibrated in the 17days.

Same with planetary squares, the energy that you make from planets is there and will work, not as good as a full planetary sqare but enough to be worth realizing it was not a waste of time , but a rewarding time with a chance of a big bonus(end of working)

Find your way of doing it, more advanced you become more such things you can do.
For an example, you can absorb energy from eter with an affirmation of sugar negative effects are removed from my body, and eat a whole day just sugar and then just be fine because you can :).

You can travel astral, do lucid dreams fantasyes , so much FUN you can have in time, so much such cheat days or moments or rewarding plans, just find what work with you.

Don't be serious all the time because it is unnatural, we are meant to be happy, this is why the brain is so thirsty for it, and the ENEMYES knew it and used it against us, by making video games propaganda against gods, porn unnatural, social media a toxic trash place , and so on.

What i said are just examples, i personally am tired of working for future dreams and goals, of finding my happines and relaxation in toxic ways, MOTIVATION is power , a power that can make the hardest things the easiest but also the easiest the hardest if used wrong.

An example of also making exercises easier and activism, as i did.

I played a game where when you die there is a time before you revive, in that time i did push ups and squads(10-20) and then i played again.
In this way i didn't felt mental tired, sometimed i got angry from game and that helped with doing more exercises.
In this way i did in a day 2000push ups and 1500squads, i still have the muscles from that time lol

Or while playing you throw a jos link or a jos message , 5sec copy paste and go back to game, in this way i reached hundreds of people daily in the past, no mental tiredness.

I even played games while doing RTRS, yes not close to the power of full focused ones, but much better than nothing.

The jew works very hard to distract us from actual improvement. One way the jew does this is with lolage, supposed entertainment, etc. It sounds like you're talking about making your karma do and be what it needs to, in order to be rich, as in your example. You do the work and this builds-up momentum, and this momentum keeps going (because it's momentum...) and as it keeps going, it leads you towards that thing in the future. It also sounds like discipline, and the psychology of rewarding yourself.

I think being distracted while doing workings and meditations is not a good idea. The Brain Energies need to be focused on the thing, not watered-down by interruptions. It's like doing more than one working at the same time; the advice has been that it will be too weak and spread too thinly, so it won't get anywhere, and it would just be pointless.
