This is a document containing the program I use for meditation, Yoga and the like, tweaked and chiseled to be used by others as well.

The version that I uploaded is a bit messed up as far as page spacing due to an error on my part.
This version should look more neat.

It is very similar to my current program.

I find it very balanced.
 
Your post inspired me to document a system for my routine aswell. I have my routine scattered everywhere, Trello, Notepads, Notebooks, lol.

I use Obsidian for organized notes and paper notebooks for more hasty notes taken right away, after meditating or similar things.
It's definitely helpful.
