are there any books any of you would recommend for every SS to read, especially someone as new to it as myself? i love reading and would love some book suggestions.

Have you read all of JoS?

I would recommend you start there, read all of JoS first along with his library , this will take time, clean yourself up and have a safe deprogramming, after that the Gods themselves will lead you to the books.....

Spiritual understanding is important when reading a book, that is why it is always recommended to read JoS first.

It highly depends on what you want to achieve, on the jos main site there are references to books that might be of interest to you, also the jos library is filled with good stuff to read.

Personally i like books like ''The book of 5 rings'' and ''Meditations from Marcus Aurelius'' quite interesting and very helpful. Also books like ''Mythos'', ''Tao Te Ching'' and ''the art of war'' are fun reads in my opinion.

I agree with you, to this I will add books by Séneca, Aristotle, Plato....

On the other hand Stoic books will serve you very well, this will serve you for ethics and compare them with JoS ethics and you will see the similarity.

To understand the human body and mind I recommend Dr Thomar R Verny and Dr Joe Dispenza, maybe you want books of basic chemistry to understand more in depth about this.

The metaphysics of Aristotle is very good, the Nicomachean Ethics also .... Invicto by Marco Vazques will help you with mentality and willpower....

The meditations of Marcus Aurelius are very good.

If you are newbie, I think for now, the JOS Sermons can help you better understand this Path, Take your time and Read. Besides; books in the library are enough to open your eyes to the Truth. In Satanism you don't rush to know everything quickly, it's a gradual process.... Is by this that Satan will assist you get what you want...

Hail Satan, The Ruler of the Entire Universe!!!

Marcus Aurelius' "Meditations", definitively a must read by any devotee of the Gods.

Nietzsche's work but I would suggest only later on as the stuff about "nihilism" (which Nietzsche is not) might confuse some new people and should be taken with a Stoic mindset, but Twilight of the Idols and Antichrist are relatively easier reads if you wanna get started.

Since you're already familiar with Mein Kampf, the recommended version is the Dalton translation [click here] in any case.

I would recommend you to read the "Corpus Hermeticum" today and to read it again in a few years. :)

I highly suggest reading Revolt Against the Modern World by Julius Evola. In a detailed, expository manner, he fleshes out what being a seeker of the Gods and of ascension is in a time where humanity has lost contact with them and with our past. This book has been central and has kept me aligned with the Gods and our divine ancient past at critical moments in my life. It will change you: I wholeheartedly recommend it.
