moon phases

I want to dedicate myself but I'm not sure of when I can. I live in the southern hemisphere. Pls assist me.

Neither moon phases nor a time of day matters - dedicate whenever you wish (or can).

Are you afraid of something? Noone will pierce your finger or write your name in your blood. This is very intimate, though if you wish, you may have a friend, but he or she can do nothing more than to be there.

I am having trouble keeping track of the moon and its phases like what sign it is in. I live in California and am wondering if there is a good website that can accurately tell me. So I can time my magick and meditations.
