Microsoft Edge Not Opening JOS ENCY PDF

I have to use Abobe Reader to open the JOS Encyclopedia, but I used to be able to open it with Microsoft Edge PDF, is anyone else having this issue?

I use SumatraPDF, it is my favourite.
