MERKABA Confusion

Just wanted others input on this to clarify. I notice and for a while now that the MerKaBa meditation on step 14 it doesn't list a hold time nor exhale time it merely said inhale for 6 at beginning of inhale move the Ball up to Solar then at step 15 it says to inhale for 6 but Im wondering do you continue on step 14 like the rest as in hold 6 and exhale 6 or just exhale no hold? Was it a mistake she left out to exhale and hold times? I want someone whos done this meditation to enlighten me what works BEST for results and moving on in this meditation.
