Merging consciousness: my personal experience

I have noticed that merging your consciousness really works a lot to get specific abilities. It is a very underrated power. Instead it is very useful. Note: I am not an adept at this power, so maybe my experience is restricted to what I can do so far.

I've noticed that merging consciousness with someone or something that has specific characteristics helps you get those characteristics. I've noticed (but it's probably only happened to me) that those characteristics don't last forever. After a while the effect would end and I would have to perform again. However, during the effect I was really getting the characteristics I was focusing on. It was a physical change that was not obvious.

Let me explain: it was happening concretely, but it did not change my body structure on the moment (also if at much greater levels it definitely would). During some exercises that my Grand Master of Muay Boran (Thai martial arts) told me to do, which required very developed muscles, I merged on the spot my consciousness with a man with very much developed back muscles (the exercise required strength in the back) and I was able to perform many repetitions of the exercise without ever getting tired.

I have noticed that the person you merge your consciousness with does not have to actually exist. At least in my experience. This power also works with things. Lately I've been having serious problems running.

I fused my consciousness with light and fast things, such as accumulations of windstorms on mountains, etc., and I could run very fast and light. At larger levels (and this is as far as I could go for now) I could also increase bone strength. This refers to bone conditioning exercises (when you watch ancient monks hit metal bars or oak trees to fortify their bones). I noticed that my bones became very strong if I merge my consciousness with simple metal structures (for example, my leg like a steel beam, etc.).

I've notice that too. It is temporary and its duration is directly proportional to how much concentration you put into performing it and also by your energy level and the mental relaxation that characterized you at that time.

I also do this in my discipline to condition my body to pain by hitting hard surfaces in a controlled manner without the protections (shin guards, gloves, ecc.). I am quite weak and would like to get stronger, and when I started this “experiment” I did it almost almost unconsciously and instinctively, as if I knew it was the best way for me to improve this aspect of my almost daily training.

Than you for this post brother.

I recommend that you get a clear idea of the situation first. It happened that I had to do some circular kicks typical of Muay Boran. And at the moment I was having trouble figuring out what I should merge into: my pelvis like an elefant's head and my leg like his trunk? It doesn't work, I can't turn my hips fast enough because they weigh.

Then after several attempts, I noticed that it worked well to rotate the circular kick motion (a normal Tae Dtad in thai) if my consciousness merged with a spiral spinning top structure. This helped a lot with the "turning the foot, which turns the hip, which allows the power of the kick" (typical Muay Boran Tae Dtat).

Or direct punches. For direct punches, I used the concept of the arrow and really imagined the story of the arrow (i.e., my new arm) being hurled at great speed at an enemy to catch up with him, etc. Or the knee strikes as spears (or ram's heads steeled in cases of specific techniques).

Note: You can also use concepts such as explosions. For the uppercut punch, I thought of it as if you were an explosion (not coincidentally, the so-called "explosive principle" is used for uppercut punches). It worked.

In general, however, I always recommend learning the energy principle of striking (the whirligig principles) and then, when you have assimilated it, using merging consciousness not to improve the energy principle, but to enhance your body's strength. For example, circular kicks: at first you will want to use the merging power to understand the energy principle of whirligig spiral. But then when you kick, think of the tibia as a metal bar. It works for me.
