Meditation times
Hello, I can't do meditations because of my family, can I set an alarm at night and get up at 3.00 and do it?

You can also perform simpler meditations that don't require sitting up straight like The Energy, Foundation, Void and Aura Cleaning Meditations.

You can do these while laying down on your back, (you can use a pillow) and pretending being asleep.
Thank you

Other meditations can be performed while laying down as well. The prerequisite is to have a straight back, and laying on the back is straight enough for it to be a valid position.

You can do this, but I recommend that you get a good night's sleep, because meditating in a sleepy state can be very difficult and the vibration level is not what you need.

Drowsiness and relaxation (when you enter a trance state) are different things.

On the other hand, some types of magical work should be performed at night, for example, when another person is asleep.

Also, if you wake up 3 am there is a chance you were in the middle of a rem sleep. If that happens wait a but to wake up before you would start meditating

I though that I commented on this, but now I don't see it. Anyways, it is not healthy to wake up that early, you need at least 7,5 hours of sleep.

It is possible to vibrate mantras in your head, or very silently, or filter outside noises out(you need a lot of practice for that), or meditate outside, or something.

Maybe tell your parents you want to do yoga? You don't need to tell anything else, yoga is pretty common nowadays.
