Hi there. How's you all ? Hope you doing great. I'm doing good so far. ^_^
I got a question too. Hope you have time to read and politely post a comment too and be kind.

Is this normal ? Am i making the right choices ?
I get those times i feel too sensitive to meditation that it feels too much. When I've being meditating in the long term.
It can get abit too uncomfortable that i feel the need to recover and back off.
I mean i really had to back off from everything. Even from doing any form of breathing exercises such as chi gong/tai chi or even during yoga or anything that i use slow deep breathing.
It started to make me feel heavily sedated that i feel i need to stay in bed. Even if it was just 1 or 2 breaths in just that one day.
But it's weird. When i do back off and recover and then when go back meditating again for lets say 3 months, i start feeling sensitive again on the end of the 3rd month.
I do get scared of backing away from 3 important meditations such as cleaning the aura and chakras and protection for long because i feel i need to recover. Like say for 3 weeks or a month if i have to.
Dont know how am i going to spiritually grow if i have to back away sometimes because of this.
Because it feels like when i do the meditations it gets more powerful. If you know what i mean?
Or is stress that could be causing it ?
Would love to hear your critics and feed back on this.
