Meditation before bed and vivid dreams

Ever since I started doing all the JOS stuff I've been getting more vivid dreams.

Lately, I've been finishing my meditation an hour before I go to bed instead of right before going to bed.

This helps me fall asleep quicker but doesn't seem to fix the vivid dreams. I keep dreaming of my ex and old friends and seem to be involved in the high school I went to.

Is this just my mind being more open which is causing my subconscious to show the things I'm not over in my dreams? Cause its happening every night now, the dreams aren't terrible but they're not good either.

I assume this is happening because I haven't been able to fully get over my ex because ever since we broke up I haven't gotten into a serious relationship. Everyone has 10 vaccines, is completely brainwashed, and lives on their phone. (I don't want to get back with her it's just that I never had anything to move on with)

I'm not trying to talk about past relationship issues but this is getting in the way of my spiritual development and I don't want it making any more toxic effects.

How can I fix these dreams?
Is my aura attached to her or something?
Is it normal to experience these dreams when you're new?

Hi ITS,
- Meditation generally cause vivid dreams but working specifically on your crown chakras will cause this even more so.
Also, working on a chakra will bring out trauma and emotions related to that chakra.

- For example, when focusing on the throat chakra, a memory might come up when you failed an entrance exam and this had a pronounced effect on your mind. You might have a dream where you see your taking a course in a class designed for children.

- Working on the heart chakra will bring out feelings and memories of romantic love. Both positive and negative.
- As you progress, the negative memories will be "purged" from that chakra and be replaced with very blissful thoughts and higher-vibrating energies. The EZ Chakra spin is most effective in doing this.

- Judging from the details given in your dreams, it sounds like your meditations are bringing subconscious attachments to your attention. Acknowledge that you may still have feelings for her and that this is perfectly normal as you were romantically involved.

- Instead of forcing yourself to move on, reflect on why you feel the way you do for her. An then focus on cleaning your aura, your personal advancement, & getting to know the tons of other wonderful people that await you in your life.
