I had this experience about a week ago and thought I would share to get fellow members thoughts and feelings.
I was reading the site late one night last week about demons. I fell into a trance and had a flashback to an experience that I had while living with an ex-girlfriend.
Her dog that I was close with became ill one day. The dog collapsed and couldn't move, but was still conscious. My ex was upset and came to tell me what had happened and said the dog was dying.
I went to see the dog. I laid next to the dog on the ground and pet her and told her that everything would be ok, and that she was going through a transition. And even if her time was ending in this world, not to worry, and to try to keep as aware as possible in the next stage, wherever that may be. This lasted for about 20 minutes just laying with her and talking to her. And then me and my ex had to leave for work, but my ex's mother was there to care for the dog. By the time we arrived home, the dog had died.
So last week, while I was reading about the demons, I fell into this trance and felt a warmth fill my body. And I immediately had a flashback to this momment in my life with the dog. A voice kept repeating to me "you are a good person, do not be afraid." This lasted maybe all of 10 or 15 seconds or so and then I came out of it. The warm feeling subsided and tears began to stream down my face uncontrolably. I've been thinking about this experience for awhile now. I wasn't doubting my self-worth or anything like that, but that is distinctly what I remember the voice saying. Has anyone had a similar experience?
Also I had a dream recently that I was reading the information on the website, again, about demons and a voice told me "yes, this is me and I am your guardian and I am watching out for you." I thanked the demon, but unfortunately I can not remember from the dream exactly who it was...
