Dear Maxine,   I raised my kundalini!   It feels exactly as you described, like hot molten energy, my body is convulsing and shaking from the energy changes. It was the best thing I did but also very difficult. I still have many of the same fears but they are on lower and deeper levels of my pysche. Im sure I will be glad I did this it's just difficult to get used to this intense energy, I hope it lessens over time. Thanks for your help and website, I'll keep working until I can get more supreme intelligence, awareness, understanding and peace of mind. gods. Of course you must still perform power meditations.
