Making someone return to me, or at least my area

So, quite a few months ago, someone was walking her dog by my house, dog stopped to examine us, dog was fine with us, she was fine with us..and was kinda cute.

didn't get her name but she must have been in the area. I don't really see my neighbors at all but she'd have to be in a half mile area around us. Or at least close enough for her to walk her dog to the pet shop near me. (which is really close, this one)..

what runes could I use to bring her back? Sounds dumb and selfish, but I'd at least like her name..despite the fact I can barely remember her. My memory is shit, I don't like that, but I'd like to see her again and know more about her. I'm curious, but I don't want to think anything more will come of it. I'm mostly curious about her, but don't have the remote viewing or telepathy to find out more.

Yes, completely selfish, but if she was in the area once, she should be nearby. I'd love for her to just knock on my door but that might be too greedy of me. I don't watch people out my window, expecting to see her again, but I'm just too curious. I remember her figure but not much else about her.

Beautiful dog though, she takes great care of them. Friendly dog too, sat on command.

I just don't understand why a SS would not do a spell to attract the best partner and/or friends. Just because she was nice once this does not mean its the best friend/partner for you. I would not waste my time doing a spell but if you really want raidho or a general mantra like satanas would work to bring her to you or to meet her again. Still like I said you'd be better off doing other spells.

I dont know who or where she is, so something else needs to happen, for me to talk to her first.

Try to do a spell to find a good partner don't just do this kind of random stuff.

I'm angry that you're right but even angrier I cant find a good rune for it. is Gebo for relationships, "love magick" is all it says..

or what rune would be better or best? I dont recall finishing a relationship working..I dont recall finishing much at all
