Greetings to all SS gentiles
I remembered that some year ago when i first started to meditate i would do void meditation and when i would do it I would always focus on a specific point inside my head in the central region, and it was like this magical focusing point right, as long as i focused on it i would be able to not think anything and keep complete tought silence, and it was so effective that if i were to focus on it for too long instead of having difficulty to not think i would start to have difficulty thinking anything even after some minutes of the session, now I can't seem to find this point everytime anymore only sometimes, and i'm curious as to what exacly this focal point is, if it is the thalamus region of the brain or the pineal gland, perhaps the amygdala or maybe thee seventh or sixth Chakra and it's extensions, maybe the astral hearing chakras? I noticed too that if focus on the sixth chakra when void meditating i feel as if my consciousness is retracting to the inside of my head and i start to have this weird feeling as if there was a second smaller head inside my skull, could this feeling of a smaller head/brain inside my head be the feeling of the pineal gland or thalamus? And what about the retracting felling that i feel when i focus on my sixth chakra for me focusing on my sixth chakra is more effective than having that falling sensation to get into a trance, what methods do you use to do better void meditations?
