Hi guys I watched these interesting videos, you might find it helpful too. I am not American but I have been for some reason watching a lot of these american society videos for a long time, and the west in general    so I know some of what the west is going through with red pill, white race hatred, conservative vs liberal etc and yea its been interesting. Just YouTube I guess. Click on one video and it recommends more of that type of video. So I went down that spiral.
Key takeaways :
-Don't ignore the little things in marriage. If buying peanut butter for your gf makes her happy, don't ignore it even if its a small thing.
-Don't compare. On social media you might see other couples posting their best moments, but don't compare your relationship to theirs. Everyone's life is different and has different circumstances.
-Prenups should not be ignored.
Do focus on making your partner happy. Ofcourse your own needs are important, but remember that the true definition of love is being happy when your partner is happy. If you truly love someone, then you love making them smile. Its not always "he hasn't this for me, she doesn't do this for me". Strike a balance. Love is a skill like creativity. The more you practice it the better you get at it. And love is the skill of being able to make others happy.
The common definition of love is wrong and messed up. People think love is this thing where you find your perfect soulmate who meets all your needs and this is the ideal love but its wrong. Because no one will "perfectly" satisfy you. Every person has flaws. No one is perfect. So the question is who's flaws am I accepting of?
So instead of focusing too much on finding the perfect relationship, try making as good of a relationship as you can. This takes effort. Key word "effort". Love is not something that happens to you. Its a skill that takes effort. Its Venus. Venus is the principle of giving. So when someone is all focused upon themselves, as "is this person satisfying every last desire of mine" without taking into consideration what the other person wants as well, then you can easily see that this person is not "giving". In other words, they are not loving. This kills relationships. Love is the skill of giving.
Thank you for reading.
