Ive been waiting for this film to come out on disk for months, it only played at theaters for about a fort night..
So after downloading it and watching it a million times I've only liked it more and more each time.. at first i thought it was disappointing for a Rob Zombie film. It definitely challenged my expectations, both with the satanic theme and the overall directing style.. It's got a much more stagnant feel compared to rejects, 1000 corpses, etc..
That being said i thought from the beginning to end lords went there in many degrees.. Sheri moon's character confused me until the end.. she's raped and emotionally poisoned by demons, victim of the curse by the coven.. but once the antichrist is born she dies, and comes back as like a new religious deity. Invert mother Mary lol... bad ass
As far as the facts go music can absolutely have hypnotic effects, especially the right tune to the right ear.. symbolism wasn't bad, the covens sigil rocked. The movie isn't intended to make you aware of all that's happening. As to say it leaves much to individual interpretation. Like true art should.
After my mind had absorbed the film in full, rob zombies best.

Hello everyone, could someone trouble themselves to watch this movie and give and explanation. It has a lot of Satanic elements in it, but I'm not sure what to make of it.
Hail Satan!!!!
