Living of two home rents that I own and never work a day in my life?

Im currently in software engineering in college and I hate it.
My dream is to rent two homes that I own and live off of that, and never work a day in my life and dedicate my life to achieving godhead. One of the homes is already rented. The problem is I wont be able to have a pension If I fail to achieve godhead and I get to old age. Can you achieve godhead in one lifetime brothers?

Godhead in one lifetime depends on far too many variables, but generally it is agreed upon that yes, it is possible. You can even attract more tenants/higher quality tenants with magic. However you're putting a bit too much confidence in these 2 properties in my opinion. If real estate is your thing, I would highly advise you read all of Robert Kiyosaki's material. But at just 2 properties i'd imagine you would be living on a very thin line.

I have a third property that has everything but a bathroom. I have two plans. Either work a little bit as a software engineer and build a bathroom there and then live there with the other two rents. OR. Meet a nice lady and contribute with the rents money. What do you think brother?

Can anyone here please explain to me the significance and importance of achieving godhead in a certain time window? I read that Satan allows people to incarnate in this world a maximum of three times. So what happens if you don't achieve godhead after your third death?

I dont think there is a limit to the number of times you can incarnate in this world other than the capacity your own soul's energy allows it to. Its also up to Satan and the His Demons of the underworld where you incarnate whether in this world or in others. Supposedly there are better worlds you can "ascend" to.
The importance of God Head is that the faster you attain it the faster you get to have fun with it...

The more the merrier . But seriously if real estate is what you're interested please see Robert Kiyosaki online. I said its risky because 3 properties is few, what happens when one needs repairs done, or a tenant leaves, that takes 1/3 of your income away. Its too much. But then again, you probably already know that. I would look for more passive sources of income, but thats me.

That is not true, there is no set number or allowed lifetimes. You're encouraged to progress as fast as your life will allow, because when you reincarnate you simply forget everything you have learned, so it takes another 20 years after you reincarnate to eventually find this path again, and start doing progress again.

if you do live with someone eventually make sure they arent christians, muslims, or even worse... jews. make sure you got enough privacy and respect.

I recommend that you look for a part-time job and combine it with your activities that you are developing, you should always have several options in case one fails you, I wanted to do something similar to you and, it went wrong, and now I'm seeing how to get ahead.
If the same thing happens to you as happened to me for example, you will find yourself in difficulties and in the best case scenario you will have to put up with a job that is unpleasant or contrary to your ideas and objectives.

The gods will keep sending us back here until until we complete it. As long as we are progressing and getting stronger, we may come back here an unlimited number of lifetimes. People who are not getting stronger are instead getting weaker each time, and they will not have an unlimited number of times because they will eventually be too weak to reincarnate.

So it is your choice how quickly or how slowly you want to do this. But it is a good idea to put real effort into doing this at a good and steady pace. Do not try to go faster than you can handle because it is possible to become overloaded and burnt out which does some harm and takes time to recover from. But as long as you are consistently doing the work, you are advancing at a steady pace, then you are perfectly fine.
