light body

hello all, im new to this forum, and am glad to have found it. has
anybody read eckhart tolle? hes not a satanist, doesnt belong to any
religion though his books have been helpfull in my spiritual life,
especially the "portals" he describes. one is the inner body, or light
body meditation, although his is much simpler {though very powerfull}.
after a visualization of white light body entering body, you simply
FEEL different areas of body {not visualize, actually feel} then see
if you can feel the whole body at same time. its supposed to slow down
ageing process and boost immunity{ive been doing it for two years and
have noticed much less problems with sinunitis}. i also believe it
fires up all the chakras simultaneously. i like it during any ritual i
do as well, as it stops the minds incessant chatter and allows me
to "feel" my way through ceremony, especially at the beginning, the
banishment part.
