If they are Jewish and you are related (blood lineage and not just Jewish infiltrators in your family, you have to have a genetic connection to them) to these Jews, you are Jewish.
But since you are talking about mental illnesses and disabilities that you have, and you are a new member who may not even know how this whole Jewishness thing works, it is more likely that it is just psychological paranoia on your part.
Just calm down. It's not like every idiot psychopath who seeks you out (or maybe we think he seeks us out for "persecution mania") is automatically a foreskin-eating Jew.
Likewise, it is not that as soon as we have a worry about something, we have been targeted by the Enemy who has decided to persecute us, very often we are worried only because we lack complete awareness of the situation and full knowledge of ourselves.
I wouldn't 100% rule out your Jewishness since I don't know you at all, but there's no point in betting your entire existence and future evolution on "my family is bad, therefore we are all Jews". Consider whether you actually have evidence to support this. Or at least some clues. In short, something concrete and not "everyone is looking for me".
