Can I get some clarification and more information about Lamia?

Truth is the "Lover" of the Soul, so Lamia is the "lover" of Zeus (Zeus is the soul in a way, the Cosmos), Athena (Wisdom) came from the head of Zeus.

Lamia's I think are properties, consequences of something. Something that was good but then acquired negative properties. These are my thoughts, as I am interested in the Greek "Cosmos".
