I don’t think Athena or Cronos are only allegorical concepts, and I personally believe Hecate relates to Astarte, but it hasn’t been officially confirmed.

Athena has already been said to relate to Astarte, I think Cronos (and this is just a guess) relates to Lord Baalzebul.
